Flour- we use all-purpose flour in this recipe, bread flour will work great as well.

      Active dry yeast

Granulated sugar- you can also use caster sugar for this one.

Kosher salt- we like to use kosher salt for this recipe.

Olive oil- we use olive oil for this recipe, you can use vegetable oil or canola oil.

Milk- liquid activates the yeast. For the softest dinner rolls, use whole milk. Milk gives the dinner rolls amazing flavor and texture.

Our favorite tools to make dinner rolls-

Our stand mixer- we make the dinner rolls dough with our Morphy Richards stand mixer.

How to make the dinner rolls:

    1.   In a mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt and mix well.

    2.   Add the olive oil and milk.

    3.   Start mixing at low speed for 2 minutes until the dough comes together, then, increase the speed for another 8 minutes until a ball of dough is formed.

    4.   Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover until doubled in size.

    5.   Remove the towel and roll the dough.

    6.   Cut into 14 even pieces.

    7.   Roll each piece into a ball (see video)
