What you’ll need for this recipe:

Mini potatoes- small potatoes are the best side of potatoes for this recipe, when cut in half, they are very fun to eat and taste amazing. If you don’t have small potatoes, cut regular potatoes into small cubes and follow the rest of the instructions.

Parmesan cheese- you can use any kind of parmesan cheese for this recipe, you can grate it yourself or buy a prepared one from your local supermarket.

Spices- to get a rich savory taste we used dried basil, dried parsley, dried oregano, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Olive oil- we like to use olive oil, but you can use vegetable oil or canola oil.




How to make parmesan crusted potatoes:

1.   Preheat an oven to 200c (400f)

2.   Rinse the potatoes and clean them from all the dirt, then cut each potato in half and place it in a bowl.

3.   Make the parmesan mixture, in a mixing bowl add the parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried parsley, dried oregano, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

4.   Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil on a baking pan, use a spoon to sprinkle the parmesan mixture on the baking pan. Spread as evenly as you can.

5.   Place the potatoes face down on the parmesan and olive oil.

6.   Bake at 200c (400f) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown color.

7.   Let the potatoes cool for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, we used sour cream.
