Fresh veggies– we like to use fresh white onion, sweet potatoes, carrots, and potatoes. They add a lot of flavor to this soup and makes a thick and creamy consistency.

Garlic and ginger– grate the garlic and ginger and fry them in the pot with olive oil for more flavor.
Spices– for spices, we use natural spices like salt, black pepper and chili flaked. These simple spices help complement the natural taste of the fresh vegetable.

How to make creamy pumpkin soup:
1. In a medium-big pot, add olive oil and sliced white onion. Mix until the onion softens for 5 minutes.
2. Prep the pumpkin: peel the pumpkin and cut it into small-medium cubes.
3. Add the minced garlic and mix for 1 more minute.
4. Add in the pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, sweet potato, and water. Simmer for 30 minutes or until softens.
5. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
6. Add the salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well
7. Turn the heat to low and simmer the soup for another 10 minutes.
8. Turn the stove off and serve hot with toasted bread. Top with heavy cream (optional)
