This brownie cheesecake is rich and is made by swirling brownie batter with cheesecake batter, which is baked to creamy perfection.

In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and the dark chocolate. Melt completely in the microwave or on a bain Marie.

Add the granulated sugar, espresso powder,
vanilla extract

kosher salt
, sift the cocoa powder, and mix with a

until well combined.
