This moist chocolate pound cake has a buttery crumb that melts in your mouth and is topped with a rich chocolate ganache.

Add the soft butter, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and espresso powder into a large mixing bowl.

for 2-3 minutes or until it's light in color.
