Easy Orange Olive Oil Cake

This orange olive oil cake is made with fresh orange juice and fresh orange zest and has a moist crumb and a flavorful citrus flavor.

Into a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix with an electric hand mixer until the mixture turns light and fluffy with a light yellow color.

Slowly pour the olive oil into the mixture, add the sour cream, orange juice, and milk and mix until just combined.

Add the flour, and baking powder and mix it until the batter is just combined and there are no lumps of flour visible.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake the cake in a 180c (350f) preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

Allow the cake to chill at room temperature until it's not too warm.

Top it with powdered sugar, and serve!
