This roasted cauliflower with tahini is served over a bed of homemade tahini sauce and is the perfect delicious and healthy side dish or appetizer that anyone will love!

Add the cauliflower florets into a large mixing bowl.

Add paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Toss until the cauliflower is coated with all the spices.

Transfer them to a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a 218c (425f) preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
