Ingredients

  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon Milk 2%
  • 4 tablespoon Simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine the heavy cream, milk, and simple syrup in your mixer of choice (or in a cup) and froth the mixture until it's fluffy and creamy.
  • Add ice to a cup and add the cold brew coffee or coffee of your choice.
  • Top the coffee with the cold foam and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use 2% milk. Low-fat milk froths well and will make the cold foam lighter and will balance out the heavy cream.
  • Make sure that all your ingredients are cool to make this process super smooth and amazing!
  • Use different flavored syrups! There are so many options for syrups to use for this recipe. Some of our favorites are caramel, cinnamon, pumpkin, and hazelnut.
