Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Dried dragon fruit powder
  • ¼ cup Apple juice or white grape juice
  • ½ cup Mango juice
  • 2 tablespoon Simple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Green coffee extract optional
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Into a cocktail shaker, add the ice, coconut milk, simple syrup, dried dragon fruit powder, apple juice (or white grape juice), mango juice, and green coffee extract (if you are using it), and mix for 30 seconds!
  • Carefully pour the drink to 2 glasses and top them with more dragon fruit powder or dragon fruit chips for presentation. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure that the apple juice that you are using is light in color so it won't affect the color of the drink.
  • You can easily make this a Starbucks mango dragonfruit refresher by replacing the coconut milk with water.
  • Adjust the sweetness of this drink by gradually adding your sweetener until you get a perfect balance.
  • Shake this (or mix) drink for at least 30 seconds to make sure that the dragon powder and coffee extract dissolve completely.
  • If you have a coconut allergy, feel free to replace it with any milk or creamer that you like!
