Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Mango frozen
  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple frozen
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the mango and pineapple and cut them into small cubes. Place the cubes in a ziplock bag and freeze until ready to use.
  • Remove the frozen fruit from the freezer about 10 minutes before making the smoothie. (if you use a high speed blender, you can use the fruit immidietly)
  • Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, almond milk, and greek yogurt into the blender and start mixing on low.
  • Increase the speed and blend until the smoothie blends perfectly. Feel free to add more liquid to make this less thick. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of this drink by gradually adding your sweetener until you get a perfect balance. You can add honey, agave, or maple syrup!
  • If you like your smootie less thick, replace the greek yogurt with orange juice or almond milk.
  • Using frozen fruit is best for making smoothies creamy and thick, and also prevents them from melting quickly.
  • Feel free to add more liquid to your smoothie to make it thinner.
  • Start blending on low speed and increase the speed to blend all the ingredients.
