This Nutella mug cake is gooey, rich, chocolaty, soft, tender, and dreamy. When you’re in the mood for a decadent dessert, this easy Nutella mug cake comes in handy.
In a big mug or a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add the wet ingredients: milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Transfer the batter into a mug. (if you’re using a small mixing bowl)
Place 1-2 tablespoon of Nutella spread on top of the batter.
Place the mug in the microwave and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Place another teaspoon of Nutella on top and dust with powder sugar.
Serve the Nutella mug cake hot and enjoy!

Measure your flour correctly! When measuring your flour, avoid scooping it with a measuring cup. Instead, stir the flour with a spoon to create as many air pockets as possible, and spoon it into your measuring cup. Finally, level it with a back of a knife.
