4 Large potatoes 2 tablespoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon Salt Sweet chili sauce: 1-2 tablespoon Olive oil 3 Garlic cloves 1.5 tablespoon Silan 3 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce 1 teaspoon Paprika ½ teaspoon Chili flakes 40 g Butter 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat an oven to 200c (400f) and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. In a small mixing bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, and salt and mix well.
Place the potatoes onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Heat 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil on a medium-sized pan over medium-low heat, fry the garlic for 1 minute until lightly golden.
Add the silan, sweet chili sauce, and mix. Add the butter and mix until the butter is fully melted.
Add the paprika, chili flakes, and mix well. Add the cooked potatoes to the pan and mix gently until the potatoes are covered with the chili sauce.
