These no bake peanut butter balls with rice Krispies are crunchy and delicious and are super easy to make. They will turn into your favorite candy to make! You can serve them as a snack, dessert, or sweet treat!

Into a large mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter and softened butter

Mix it using a whisk, electric hand mixer, or a stand mixer.

Add the powdered sugar (I suggest sifting the powdered sugar), vanilla extract, and kosher salt.

Mix until the mixture is well combined.

Add the rice Krispies and mix until it's well combined.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out the balls (or about 1 tbsp).

Place each ball on a fork or a spoon and gently dip it into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to drizzle more chocolate on top.

Carefully place each ball onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set. Drizzle each ball with more melted chocolate.
