Strawberry crumble cake

This strawberry crumble cake is made with a one-bowl vanilla cake, topped with slices of fresh strawberries, and topped with a delicious crumble topping.

What you will need:

Flour Eggs Baking powder Vanilla extract Vegetable oil Lemon zest Sour cream Kosher salt Sugar Milk Fresh strawberries

Make the vanilla cake batter according to the instructions

Pour the vanilla batter into the cake pan and top with sliced strawberries.

For the crumble:

Flour Brown sugar Pinch of salt Melted butter

Top the cake with the crumble topping and spread it all over the strawberries.

Bake the cake in a 180c (350f) preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
