Notes

  • Make sure that your ingredients are fresh and your baking powder isn't expired!
  • Use your favorite protein powder and protein powder flavors in this recipe! You can use chocolate-flavored protein powder, vanilla flavored, etc.
  • Use your favorite oats in this recipe. We used rolled oats, but instant oats or quick oats will work great as well.
  • Opt for a high-quality protein powder that complements the flavor profile you desire for your pancakes.
  • Use a Non-Stick Pan. Prevent sticking and ensure even cooking by using a non-stick pan or griddle.
  • Control the Heat. Cook your pancakes on medium heat to avoid burning while ensuring they are cooked through.
  • Flip Carefully! Wait until bubbles form on the surface before flipping your pancakes gently to cook them evenly on both sides.
  • Serve Creatively. Top your pancakes with fresh fruits, nuts, yogurt, or maple syrup for added flavor and nutrition.
