I’m a pastry school-trained baker, food photographer, recipe developer, founder, and the writer of Rich And Delish, and I’m here to help you bake with total confidence.

I started Rich And Delish because I believe that everyone deserves to bake incredible, bakery-quality treats at home without the stress.
My "Secret Ingredient"
While I’ve always loved sweets, I wanted to understand the why behind every cake and cookie. That curiosity took me to Estella, a professional pastry academy in Israel.



I spent seven months in intensive training, learning the "rules" of professional baking from some of the best chefs in the world.
In school, I didn't just learn how to follow a recipe—I learned the science of how ingredients work together. I learned:
- The Chemistry of Leavening: Learning the exact difference between baking soda and baking powder, and how they react with acids like buttermilk or cocoa.
- Sugar Stages: Mastering the temperature stages of sugar, from simple syrups to hard-crack caramel.
- Fat Emulsification: Learning how to properly cream butter and sugar to trap air, which is the secret to a light, fluffy cake.
- Gluten Control: Understanding how to manipulate flour (mixing time and speed) to create either a sturdy bread or a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth cake crumb.
