Condensed milk– the second ingredient for this recipe Is sweetened condensed milk, you will need 1 cup of your favorite brand of condensed milk.
Chocolate- use the best quality semisweet or dark chocolate bars for the best flavor. using the best quality dark chocolate is very important in this recipe.
You can use chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate. Make sure you are using the highest quality chocolate chips.
Instructions
Prepare an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper to prevent the bars from sticking to the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and the dark chocolate. Make sure that your bowl is heat proof and microwave proof bowl.
Place the bowl in the microwave and melt the mixture in 30-second pulses, mixing between every pulse until you get a creamy and smooth mixture and the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the mixture into the prepared 8 by 8 inch pan and smooth it with an offset spatula. If you want thicker fudge, use an 8 by 5 loaf pan.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to set it completely for at least an hour.
Using a serrated knife, cut the fudge into small cubes, and top the cubes with sea salt or flakey salt.

Pan size- if you want your fudge to be thicker, make it in an 8 by 5 inch loaf pan instead of using an 8 by 8 inch pan.
