    Ingredients

Before you start to make this recipe, measure and prepare your ingredients so the cooking process will go smoothly and easily.

Heavy cream- It is important that you use heavy cream for this recipe and not low fat cream because that fat in the heavy cream will help froth this cold foam and make this super creamy and delish.

Milk- you will need low-fat 2% milk for this. Low-fat milk froths well and will make the cold foam lighter and will balance out the heavy cream.

Simple syrup- we make simple syrup homemade. You can also use store-bought. Making simple syrup is super easy. You will need water and sugar and a 1:1 ratio of the water and sugar. Read on to learn how to make it.

    • Handheld foam maker- This option is super cheap and fun! You will need to add all the ingredients to a glass cup and froth away!
